What You Bring:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Comfortable managing an elementary school caseload
- Strong communication and case management skills
- Dedication to supporting students’ speech and language development
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students
- Serve as the case manager for 21 students, overseeing IEP development and compliance
- Deliver speech services to a total caseload of 76 students, with support from an SLP-A
- Collaborate with in-house SLP to ensure appropriate supervision for SLP-A at the location
- Document progress, evaluate student needs, and adjust therapy plans accordingly
- Engage with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop comprehensive support strategies
