For the 2026–2027 school year, one of Florida’s largest school districts is seeking passionate SLPs to fill various openings throughout the district. This role is ideal for both experienced SLPs (SLP-CCC) and Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF) who value collaboration and a student-centered approach.
Flexible options include onsite, hybrid, and travel assignments—travelers can benefit from tax-free stipends. Early commitment is rewarded with a 90-day bonus, adding some cheer as the holiday season approaches. Contracts are W2-based and come with a comprehensive benefits package.
What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or pending state licensure as an SLP in Florida
- SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dedication to supporting students with diverse speech and language needs

In this role, you’ll:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and direct therapy for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and family members to maximize student success
- Document therapy sessions and progress in accordance with school and state requirements
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences
- Support inclusive practices within the general education setting
