Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure/certification to practice in schools
- Previous experience working in a school setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process
- Ability to efficiently complete assessments and deliver therapy services
- Effective communicator and collaborator within multidisciplinary teams
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Complete current assessments following established guidelines and timelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to promote student progress
- Maintain detailed records and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
- Follow existing plans for continuity and progress monitoring
