In this role, you’ll collaborate with a dedicated team, addressing the diverse needs of students across a range of age groups. The position spans the entire school year—providing continuity for students and stability for your schedule.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility at the start of the contract
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Previous experience working in school settings preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with IEP processes and progress documentation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide direct therapy to students with a variety of speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in partnership with educators and families
- Maintain thorough records and monitor progress toward IEP goals
- Attend and participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment for every student
