School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Holt, Michigan

Bring your skills as an SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY and work in a vibrant educational environment. This role offers a balanced, full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week aligned with the academic calendar, starting at the beginning of the school year and concluding at the end.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license (CFY or CCC accepted)
- Experience with school-based speech therapy or willingness to learn
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to tailor interventions to accommodate a variety of learning and developmental needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students in one or more age groups (assignments based on your preference)
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth
- Monitor progress and keep accurate documentation as required by educational standards
- Foster an inclusive, positive, and encouraging learning atmosphere
