Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows considered
- School-based experience or strong clinical background supporting children and adolescents
- Proficient in designing and implementing IEPs and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive student speech, language, and communication evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized therapy goals as part of IEPs
- Provide direct and consultative services to students individually and in groups
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other service providers to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress in accordance with district and federal guidelines
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, professional development, and school initiatives
