This contract position, based near Kansas City, MO, begins August 11, 2026, and runs through May 28, 2027, providing services at two school locations, including a French Immersion school (French language skills not required). You'll work with a diverse K-5th grade caseload featuring a broad range of needs.

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP licensure for Missouri
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Demonstrated experience working with pediatric populations (K-5th preferred)
- Familiarity with mixed-need caseloads, including mild to severe communication challenges
- Knowledge of school-based therapy requirements and IEP processes
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to K-5 students at two school locations
- Complete screenings, assessments, and individualized therapy sessions
- Develop and implement IEP goals in conjunction with school teams and families
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
The position offers a competitive range of $45–$55 per hour, depending on experience.
