Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY candidates considered
- Experience conducting assessments and implementing individualized treatment plans in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and progress assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student development
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development sessions, and school initiatives
