Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP licensure (or eligibility) for Kansas and/or Missouri
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy SLP settings is valued
- CFY candidates welcome; mentorship opportunities available
- Skilled at evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a range of communication disorders
- Excellent communicator, collaborative approach with staff and families
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy services to students in grades K-5 with mixed caseloads
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and support teams to foster student success
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
