Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state license (or eligible for state licensure as an SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting beneficial
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for all students
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support students’ educational goals
- Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with school and district policies
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services to a diverse K-12 student population
- Participate in IEP meetings and support school-wide initiatives for speech and language development
