Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Flexible to work with students ranging from preschool through high school
- Experience or strong interest in school-based and pediatric populations
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide engaging and effective speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in groups
- Consult with teachers, families, and staff to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute informed recommendations
- Stay current on best practices in pediatric and school-based SLP services
