Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for speech-language pathology services
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in a school or educational setting
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and willingness to support remote or hybrid therapy sessions
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities to engage with students, educators, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders among students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services both in person and via teletherapy, as required
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and other related service professionals
- Maintain detailed documentation aligned with state and federal regulations
- Support students’ academic achievement through targeted communication interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development sessions
