Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure as an SLP; CCC preferred but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings highly valued
- Proficiency or interest in delivering teletherapy services
- Solid understanding of IEP development, evaluation, and documentation
- Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ speech-language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy and intervention to students, both in-person and virtually
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families
- Maintain thorough records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to support student success
