Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology licensure in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) required
- Experience with pediatric populations, ideally within school settings

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Flexible and adaptive to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals
What You'll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in children from diverse backgrounds
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services to individuals and small groups within educational settings
- Offer support and consultative services to educators and caregivers, promoting effective communication strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary student support teams
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and service delivery
- Mentor and supervise Clinical Fellows (CFY) and collaborate with fellow SLPs as needed
