Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current Pennsylvania state licensure for SLP practice
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Familiarity with 6th–12th grade populations is a plus
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs at the middle and high school levels
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for caseload of 37 students
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and ongoing professional development as needed
