Exciting opportunities are available for dedicated professionals seeking school-based roles in the Philadelphia area! We are currently hiring for three full-time positions that begin as soon as possible and continue through June 10, 2027. These openings are onsite-only positions offering the chance to make a real impact within a dynamic urban school environment. Caseloads are available at the elementary, middle school (Toby Farms, grades 6-8), and high school levels.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting student growth, along with proven experience in school settings. The team values professionals who are flexible, reliable, and ready to engage with diverse student populations. Candidates who are comfortable navigating urban environments are especially encouraged to apply.
Qualifications and Desired Experience
- Active Pennsylvania licensure and all required clearances for school-based roles
- Prior experience working in a school setting is essential
- Familiarity with caseload management at elementary, middle, or high school levels
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work onsite exclusively between the hours of 7:15 AM and 4 PM (no schedule accommodations)
- Experience working in urban school districts
- Comfortable with both the district environment and student population
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct and consultative services to students on assigned caseloads
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and collaborate with school teams
- Maintain all required documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
- Contribute to a positive and supportive educational atmosphere
Additional Information
- Full-time, contract roles (35 hours per week)
- Three separate caseloads available: Elementary, Middle (Toby Farms), and High School
