- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
- Conduct assessments and interpret results to identify student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop effective treatment plans
- Document progress and maintain compliance with required records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued member of the multidisciplinary team
