Speech Language Pathologist in Henderson, NV

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active Nevada DOE certification and Nevada SLP license (must be obtained prior to start)
- Willingness to work onsite full-time; remote and hybrid roles are not available
- Previous school-based experience or completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competency (CCC) strongly preferred, though strong SLP Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
- Bilingual abilities highly valued
- Immediate full-time availability; part-time or virtual options are not considered
- Prepared to complete district-mandated credentialing, including fingerprinting and DOE certification post-offer
Position Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students across a range of ages and caseload sizes
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and documentation for each student
- Participate in staff meetings, IEP meetings, and ongoing professional development
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for students of all abilities
