Qualifications:
- Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Prior experience in school-based SLP preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students of varying ages and backgrounds
- Conduct assessments and evaluations in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
