- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

- State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in school settings preferred, though motivated candidates from other backgrounds are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other professionals
- Providing direct and consultative speech-language therapy for students with a range of communication needs
- Maintaining accurate and timely student documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and administrators to support student development and success
- Participating in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Staying current on best practices in speech-language pathology and participating in professional growth
