School Speech Language Pathologist - Hanover, PA
Make an impact as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students in a dynamic educational environment. Multiple contract opportunities are available for qualified SLPs seeking to work in person with Early Intervention and K-12 populations during the 2026-2027 academic year.
These positions involve direct collaboration with educators, families, and support teams to foster communication growth in students with a range of support needs. Role A consists of two providers working with a caseload of 50-55 students across Conewango and Mt Wolf Elementary schools. This setting includes both regular education and autistic support classrooms, and incorporates some case management responsibilities. The schedule runs from August 18, 2026, through May 27, 2027, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-3:30 PM.
Role B offers a rewarding Early Intervention experience with children ages 3-5 in New Oxford/Gettysburg, structured around a year-round schedule with multiple school breaks and dedicated paperwork time each week.
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist Certification and Teaching Certification (must be submitted with resume)
- Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Comfort working across multiple sites in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team
- Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates welcomed with agency-paid supervision fee
- SLPAs are not eligible for these roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students, adapting to diverse learning needs
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and participate in case management as necessary
- Maintain detailed documentation, participate in meetings, and communicate effectively with families and staff
