Qualifications:
- Active SLP-CCC licensure; Pennsylvania SLP certification required
- Prior school-based SLP experience (middle/high school caseloads preferred)
- Familiarity with the unique needs of urban educational settings
- Completion of all current PA clearances prior to start
- Reliable transportation for onsite responsibilities
- Comfortable working exclusively within the district’s hours (7:15AM–4PM, no schedule accommodations)
- Ability to work independently within a dynamic, diverse team
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, individualized speech-language therapy to middle and high school students
- Complete required documentation and participate in team meetings onsite
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to support student goals
- Communicate effectively with families and educators regarding student progress
