Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Previous experience in a school setting, preferably with middle school aged students
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Team player with a professional, compassionate approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to middle school students with a variety of needs
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ eligibility for services
  • Develop, implement, and manage IEPs in collaboration with school staff and parents
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required reports
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment
