Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain license as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
- Prior experience or strong interest in working with K-12 student populations
- Solid understanding of school-based speech and language services
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to students as determined by IEPs
- Evaluate and diagnose a range of communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
- Enjoy a focused role with no additional school duties (such as bus or parent pickup responsibilities)
