School Speech and Language Pathologist | Palatine, Illinois

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Hold (or be eligible for) state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Completion of or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or possession of a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience providing speech therapy services in a school-based setting is advantageous
- Capable of working effectively with K-12 students across diverse backgrounds and needs
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication interventions to students in accordance with IEPs
- Conduct assessments, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Utilize evidence-based strategies for both on-site and consultative service delivery
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines for special education services
