Ideal Background & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure as an SLP
- CCC-SLP or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Prior experience or strong interest in working within a school setting, across a K-12 caseload
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to create individualized education plan (IEP) goals and provide effective therapy sessions
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech-language therapy to students, addressing a range of communication disorders
- Conduct assessments, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other members of the educational team
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and compliance documentation
- Provide support and resources to students, families, and staff as appropriate
