What You Bring:

  • Valid SLP-CCC or eligibility for CFY; Illinois licensure (or the ability to obtain)
  • Prior experience in a school setting or with K-12 populations is highly valued
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes, direct, and indirect service delivery
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Role Specifics:

  • Serve a variety of students ranging from kindergarten through high school
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver both direct service (therapy) and indirect service (consultation and collaboration)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
  • Track progress, maintain documentation, and support IEP meetings as required
  • Enjoy dedicated therapy time without ancillary supervisory or duty assignments outside of contracted hours
