Current Openings:
- Speech Language Pathologist at Tualatin Early Childhood Center (Hybrid possibility: up to 2 days remote depending on assignment)
- Contract dates: July 6, 2026 – June 9, 2027
- Two positions available
- Speech Language Pathologist (Temporary) at Beaverton Early Childhood Center (in-person, will cover Beaverton classrooms and nearby locations)
- Contract dates: September 8, 2026 – February 26, 2027
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, though not required
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Appropriate state licensure or eligibility to obtain it before start date
- Experience working in school or early childhood settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with staff, families, and students
- For the Beaverton opening, proficiency in Spanish is valued but not required
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
- Deliver interventions in accordance with IEPs and organizational protocols
- Maintain detailed records of evaluations, progress, and communications
- Collaborate with teachers and other specialists to promote student success
- Engage with families to support students’ communication needs at home and in school
