School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Great Barrington, Massachusetts

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLP positions) or relevant certification for SLPAs
- Valid state licensure or eligibility in Massachusetts
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required for SLPs
- Previous experience in a school environment is highly valued
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and individualized intervention for students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement therapy plans in line with IEP goals
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of service delivery, progress, and outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
- Adapt interventions for diverse grade levels, from kindergarten through high school
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that empowers every student
