Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure in Massachusetts (SLP or SLPA)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in a school-based setting working with K-12 students
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, faculty, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy services to students both individually and in small groups
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided
- Participate actively in multi-disciplinary team meetings
- Offer consultative services to teachers and parents
