Make a meaningful impact throughout the 2026-2027 school year by helping students reach their fullest potential. This contract opportunity runs from August 10, 2026 to May 28, 2027, with a consistent schedule of 30 hours per week (7:30 am to 3:00 pm), providing a healthy work-life balance.

You’ll provide speech-language pathology services for a diverse PreK-12 caseload of 150 students, drawn from both elementary and high school grades. Your leadership skills will shine as you supervise three Speech-Language Assistants (SLAs), helping to guide and mentor their daily work. With a mixed caseload, each day offers variety and the chance to utilize your clinical expertise in creative ways.

Your background includes:

  • A valid Speech-Language Pathology state license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, especially with a range of grades (PreK-12)
  • Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Experience supervising or mentoring support personnel or students is a plus
  • Ability to manage a large, varied caseload efficiently
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families

Key job responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services
  • Supervise and support three SLP Assistants in their daily work
  • Participate in IEP meetings and coordinate goals with education teams
  • Maintain thorough and compliant documentation
