Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Mount Lemmon, AZ

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP
- Experience working with a K-8 caseload, or strong interest in serving a similar student group
- Familiarity with conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering direct/indirect speech therapy services in schools
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Collaborative spirit and adaptability to varying school environments
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) and travelers—mentorship and ongoing support available
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across K-8 grades
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine student needs
- Develop, document, and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult and collaborate with a team of SLPs, educators, and family members
- Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Support student success through innovative, evidence-based interventions
