School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Peoria, Arizona

Key Qualifications:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Eligibility to work as a licensed SLP in a school setting
- Experience or strong interest in case management and evaluation
- Skilled in supervising support staff (such as SLPAs)
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate and compliant IEP documentation
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Adaptable and collaborative mindset
Role Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support two full-time SLPAs providing direct services
- Oversee a caseload of approximately 120 students, ages/needs vary
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations as needed
- Manage and complete case management responsibilities, including all IEP paperwork and documentation
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
- Collaborate with educational teams to support students’ needs
- Participate in IEP meetings as required
