What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-8 students, addressing a wide range of speech and communication needs
- Conduct assessments to inform and guide individualized student interventions
- Write and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring compliance and clarity for students’ growth
- Collaborate closely with other SLPs and educational professionals to share expertise and support best practices
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and district requirements
- Engage with families and staff to communicate progress and support goals for student development
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CF) and those interested in travel assignments
- Experience delivering services in an educational setting preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
