Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Glendale, AZ

This role is designed for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to oversee, evaluate, and manage educational programs while collaborating with a dedicated team. Unlike traditional SLP positions, this job is focused on supervision, evaluation, and case management, leveraging two full-time SLPAs who handle the majority of direct therapy services.
You’ll be responsible for a larger caseload—approximately 120 students—emphasizing evaluation, IEP case management, and collaborative oversight, as opposed to hands-on direct therapy. This structure allows you to make a broad impact, ensuring the effectiveness of interventions and compliance with all requirements, while closely mentoring SLPAs and guiding students of diverse ages.
What you bring:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience with IEP management and student evaluation in school settings

Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor two school-based SLPAs
- Oversee evaluations, maintain accurate records, and manage a high-volume caseload
- Lead and document IEP meetings and processes, focusing on compliance
- Provide expertise in speech-language pathology across grade levels and student needs
