School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Bonifay, Florida

From August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2027, you’ll make a meaningful difference in the lives of PreK–12th grade learners by delivering dynamic speech and language services in a friendly, collaborative environment.
Enjoy a steady 30-hour work week, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., working with a diverse caseload of approximately 150 students. In this role, you'll also provide supervision for three Speech-Language Assistants (SLAs), ensuring quality care and supporting their professional growth as they deliver services in both classroom and individual settings.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC-SLP)
- Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
- Ability to effectively supervise and mentor SLAs
- Comfortable working with a wide age range (PreK–12th) and mixed caseloads
- Strong organizational skills and confident communication with staff, students, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech/language therapy for students with varied needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, in alignment with IEPs
- Monitor therapy outcomes and maintain thorough progress documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Supervise and support three SLAs, providing ongoing feedback and assistance
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer expert recommendations
