Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Maryland state SLP license or eligibility for state licensure
- Previous experience with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Support students in achieving educational goals through direct therapy and consultation
- Maintain clear documentation and comply with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
