Speech Language Pathologist in Upper Marlboro, MD

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure, or eligibility for licensure as an SLP within Maryland
- Previous experience working in a school-based environment preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaborative skills
- Adaptability and dedication to student-centered therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain progress documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication needs
- Support inclusive practices within classroom and school settings
- Contribute to ongoing IEP meetings and generate evaluation reports as required
