Step into an impactful contract opportunity supporting K-12 students for the 2026-2027 school year as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist. This dynamic position spans a traditional academic calendar, from August 2026 through June 2027, with consistent Monday through Friday scheduling and a weekly commitment of 35–37.5 hours.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students across K-12 caseloads.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with educators and special services teams to support inclusive programming.
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing data-driven input on students’ needs and progress.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with all school and state requirements.
- Communicate regularly with families, offering insights and recommendations for ongoing support.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, student-centered approach.
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse, district-wide caseload.
- Comfortable providing services across elementary, middle, and high school populations.
