Position Overview
Ansonia Public Schools is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an elementary school assignment. This is a full-time opportunity for the remainder of the 2026–2027 school year.
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Active Connecticut SLP licensure
• Required Connecticut teaching/school credentials
• Previous school-based experience preferred
Responsibilities
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services
• Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments
• Develop and monitor IEP goals
• Track student progress and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education teams
• Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings
