About the Assignment
An elementary school in Ansonia is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist to join its student support team for the remainder of the 2026–2027 school year.
The SLP will provide therapy, complete evaluations, support IEP development, and work closely with school staff and families.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Deliver speech and language therapy services
• Evaluate and assess student communication needs
• Create and monitor individualized IEP goals
• Document progress and maintain service records
• Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related-service providers
Candidate Requirements
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related discipline
• Current Connecticut SLP license
• Required Connecticut school or teaching credentials
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
