Speech Language Pathologist in Frostproof, FL
Step into an exciting full-time contract opportunity serving K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 academic year! Qualifications and Experience:
- Active SLP license for the state of Florida
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience in K-12 school settings highly desired
- Strong understanding of speech and language disorders and effective intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Deliver engaging speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload across elementary, middle, and high school populations
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress in both academic and social contexts
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
