School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Hybrid

Location: Near Mendota, California
Position Type: Full-Time, Contract
School Year: 2026–2027
Grade Levels: K–12
Compensation: $60–$67 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to K–12 students in a school district near Mendota, California. This hybrid position offers a combination of onsite and remote responsibilities, allowing clinicians to enjoy flexibility while making a meaningful impact on students' communication and academic success.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students overcome communication challenges and thrive in the educational environment.

Responsibilities
Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments for K–12 students.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and IEP goals.
Provide direct speech-language services in both onsite and virtual settings.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student progress and strategies.
Monitor student outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal special education regulations.

Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Active California Speech-Language Pathology License.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Previous experience working in school settings preferred.
Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation.
Ability to work independently in both onsite and virtual environments.
Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
