Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in El Monte, CA

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or current Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Experience with school-based or pediatric populations
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to develop IEPs and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
- Collaborative, flexible, and compassionate approach
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, diagnose speech/language disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy services to elementary students in-person
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
- Support students’ inclusion and communication across the school environment
