This full-time contract role provides in-person Speech-Language Pathology services to a vibrant school community near Anaheim, California. Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Familiarity with the unique needs of elementary-age students
  • Ability to adapt clinical strategies for both individual and group service models
  • Skilled in assessment, development, and implementation of IEPs
  • Effective communicator with children, families, and educational staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to elementary-age students, both individually and in small groups
  • Conduct evaluations, write comprehensive reports, and participate in the IEP process
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with teachers and specialists
  • Maintain accurate case notes, session logs, and progress updates
  • Deliver engaging and effective therapy that incorporates evidence-based practices for school-based intervention
  • Collaborate actively with educational teams and participate in staff meetings to support student success
