Qualifications & Desired Background:
- Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in a pediatric or school-based setting highly valued
- Ability to provide in-person assessment, intervention, and consultation
- Strong competence in managing an elementary-aged caseload
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech, language, and communication services to elementary students
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans tailored to each child’s unique needs
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication goals
- Document progress and maintain compliance with all school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
