Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Los Angeles, CA

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC-SLP credential preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered
- Valid state licensure as required for SLP practice
- Prior experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads a plus
- Solid understanding of IEP process and educational collaboration
- Exceptional communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, adaptable, and eager to foster student growth
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
- Develop, implement, and track progress on individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings, maintaining compliance with documentation and reporting requirements
- Provide education and support to caregivers and classroom teams
- Stay current with best practices in school-based speech-language services
