Pay Rate: $45–$50/hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 hours/week | 5 days/week
Caseload: K–12th Grade
Position Overview
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based team for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP looking to make a meaningful impact across a K–12 student population.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in grades K–12
- Conduct assessments and support evaluations as needed
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other members of the educational team
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
- Support students in reaching their communication and academic goals
