Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Texas SLP licensure required
- Experience or strong interest in supporting students across K-12 settings
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred but not required
- Ability to complete TEA fingerprinting (can take up to 10 business days)
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Supervise SLPAs (as assigned) and collaborate with educational teams
- Manage caseloads, maintain thorough documentation, and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver services on-site across assigned campuses, supporting student communication growth
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, parent communication, and interdisciplinary teamwork
