Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Texas required
- Experience in school-based settings supporting K-12 students
- Bilingual Spanish skills are highly valued
- Organization and flexibility to manage a caseload of about 60-65 students
- Ability to complete time-sensitive credentialing, including TEA fingerprint clearance
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite speech and language therapy to students at a designated school campus (final location to be assigned)
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents/guardians, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and comply with agency and school district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting and progress monitoring
