With a valued team member retiring, there’s a strong need for compassionate and dedicated SLPs to provide in-person services to students who depend on your expertise. Six positions are available, with placements open across elementary, middle, and high school levels. Dynamic Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person speech and language therapy to students in grades K-12, based on assigned school placement
- Design and implement therapy sessions for a diverse caseload ranging from 50-60 students
- Complete evaluations, develop IEP goals, and maintain up-to-date documentation for each student
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to foster student progress in both academic and social settings
- Attend IEP meetings as a contributing member of the multidisciplinary team
- Provide strategies and resources for teachers and families to reinforce language development beyond the therapy room
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for Florida SLP certification
- Recent experience in K-12 schools, with flexibility across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and inclusive education
